These terms govern your use of the Palewave content delivery network operated by Palewave Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 14892307). By creating an account you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or serve content that is unlawful under the laws of the United Kingdom. We may suspend zones that generate abuse complaints.

Service levels

Paid plans include a 99.99% monthly availability target. Service credits for qualifying downtime are described in your plan.

Billing

Usage is metered per gigabyte of egress and billed monthly. Fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
